You may be confusing my video where you cut the white molex plugs on System 80B machines. There is nothing wrong with slide on terminals for bridge rectifiers...however, soldering a new one in instead of reusing the original 20 year old slide on terminal is fine. Chances are the bridge wont go bad in your lifetime again anyway! Todd
