My project Gladiators has some potential power issues due to some plugs getting moved around before I acquired it.

Checking the three bridge rectifiers:
The 48vdc bridge rectifier has 50vac in but the output is 65vdc, much higher than the 48vdc the schematic states.
Does this sound about right ?
If this indicates a defective bridge, whats the replacement part? I do not see any part numbers in the manual.

12vdc and 20vdc bridge rec matches schematic values.

I would like to confirm all other power values before getting into what boards got damaged due to the cables being swapped. This is the first machine of this generation I have owned and it looks like it has a lot of different voltages running everything.
Is there a single document that has all the power values and checkpoints ?

Got the same problem with upper DC volts than it shows on the schematic so I look at jumpers and it was on 200 volts but got 230volts at my power receptacle...so I put the 240 volts jumper and the Vdc downs at the right power like on the schematic...you might take volts at your power receptacle and if you got 110VAC you might put the jumper for upper voltage and put the 120VAC jumper.
Jumpers are in a sealed bag fixe to the cabinet on the right of the transformator.

The 120v jumper is in, I have 116 coming in.
With 50VAC confirmed coming into the Bridge rec I would assume I would get the 48vdc out, but I am not.

Rectifier bridge might to be change...in the schematic it is wright that electronic component got a 10 years old life long. I also change it all.

Those 3 Bridges rectifier are same, and their references are only the Volt coming in...10Vac 16Vac and 50Vac. You also better change C1 and C2. As you can see on the pictures, wires are only plug on them by a pod but I've seen a video from TNT Amusement that preconised to cut them all and sold wires directly on parts to avoid looses connections. As you can see on pictures I also shunt all ground (white) wires as it is preconised on pinrepair.com to avoid bad connection who might burns transistors on A3 board.

The most commonly used replacement Bridge Rectifier used in pinball is the KPC3504 (35Amp 400V). This part come in both wire leads for board mounting and terminal leads (for using wire terminals) like the one in your picture.

Full part number KBPC3504W (wire leads) or KBPC3504T (terminal leads)

Since they are all three the same but one has out of spec output voltages, that one will be replaced.

Dang it, I listed the same part number for both the Wire lead and terminal lead parts Hope you ordered the KBPC3504T version.

You may be confusing my video where you cut the white molex plugs on System 80B machines. There is nothing wrong with slide on terminals for bridge rectifiers...however, soldering a new one in instead of reusing the original 20 year old slide on terminal is fine. Chances are the bridge wont go bad in your lifetime again anyway! Todd

I replace the bridge - same values.
Got my hands on a donor transformer module - same values.

Since most of the head is unplugged:
My guess is, if the bridge does not have any load on it then the values will read high.

All I have plugged in at the head is the 5vdc supply.

boy141 - are any of the main boards connected in your unit? No load on bridge ?

I am replacing the 2 capacitors that are beside the bridges and replacing all the bridges. I can take pictures of the wires and the bridges for you. I am just trying to get the ramp working!
