Gottlieb Gladiators No 5 or 12 volts at sound board

No sound on my game. There is no flashing lights on sound board (or the little sound board above it), so I check the voltage going in see circle in pic. According to what little info that I have there should be +5v on the white wire on the right and +12v on the blue/white left wire. I think was getting some negligible voltage (.3 or something, but maybe not even that)

I do not have the manual for this game.

Any advice is appreciated.

I thought white wires are ground return in gottlieb. If missing both voltages, id check the ground.

The guy in the video below seem to know his stuff. At 2:50 he discusses the voltages at that connector input area:

Looks like the power for both sound boards comes from the auxiliary power supply, I checked Fuses F10 & F11 both are good. Thoughts?
