Was wondering what a Gottlieb Gemini pinball was worth? Working and in good condition and has original manual.
Thanks

Hard to say as you don't see them often. If you are selling one, I'm interested.

Low production games don't have enough sales data to put an accurate price on them. I'd be interested in a trade if Chris and boilerman passes......
Quoted from MikeO:$6k-$10k to start depending on condition.
If this is for real, I have one in storage I'd be more than happy to sell.

cha-ching!
It's a really fun game. It's unfortunately rare. I don't know if that price range is right or wrong, but I hope it's wrong...since I don't have one (yet).
The OP doesn't own the game. Someone had contacted him about buy it...didn't talk price.

Yes I do not own. I was contacted about it to see if I have interest. Which I do not, So I am going to pass on the information to the the other members who inquired about it first and go in order if they want the information. Below are the pictures I received of the machine.

You should buy it and put it on eBay, assuming they don't want an arm and a leg for it.
Quoted from GeminiPlayer:Now for sale on Ebay. No Reserve.....
That's a very nice example.
Its rare, very pretty and from what I understand very fun to play. Oh..it only has 33k plays. Yeah 5k is a good deal but it will sell for more like 6-7k when the auction ends. Makes me wish I had deep pockets.
Quoted from GeminiPlayer:Now for sale on Ebay. No Reserve.....
I'm guessing you're the actual owner/seller of the game. What's the backstory on where it came from? (we love a good backstory...)
That's a huge spread -- from one source @ $650. to ~ 6K+. I don't see anything remarkable there, feature-wise. So, do tell, what's so great about this one, what gives it that degree of fun to play, or justifies that kind of a price . . . ?

Only 300 units and one of the last EMs ever made. There are certain collectors that want the 1978 EM Gotts and will search the ends of the earth to find them.
Rarity and artwork mostly... but gameplay might be interesting too. Never flipped that layout before.
$5000 already with this in the description-
I don't know much about pinball machines but it seems that most of the equipment works properly. I know the lever that puts the ball into the shoot doesn't work. I'm not sure if the solenoid is bad or if it just isn't hooked up correctly.
lol....
Gemini game play is worthy.
I wouldn't say it is $5k worthy but its still a decent playing game.
The art package is fabulous.
Makes me want to build an electronic version of one from scratch.
I played one at the White Rose Show some years back. It's a fun game, somewhat similar to Cleopatra IIRC. I really enjoyed it. I could enjoy an $800 version of the game, but a $5K+ version...no way.

Yeah, find a blown out Pinball Pool and build one.
You just have to convince Wade.
The Ann Arbor Michigan pinball show will have a Gemini available for play if you'd like to check it out. Is actually quite a good game. Though five thousand dollars seems a high price.
IMO it is a 3-4k game but as the old adage goes. it is only worth what someone is willing to pay.
there are a lot of deep pocket collectors who will drop big coin on it. my guess 7500
I'd add this title to a virtual pinball for sure. I really need a virtual pinball for games like these and others that I just don't have space for.
I could play Williams Darling/Jubilee once and remember just how bad that game is.

Hey now, Darling is the only EM I own. But, uhhh... yeah... it's bad, LOL.
Yeah, I don't know what to think about that. It looks like a pretty damn cool machine but $5K? And now I want to play it, dammit.
Quoted from vid1900:Even more fun than playing Gemini, is watching someone else play Gemini:
There is a post between the flippers in that video which is not factory.
A friend of mine has not this title in his awesome collection of 70' Gottlieb pinballs.
I sent him the ebay link.
He has some euros in his pockets and I think that he will be interested to outbid.

That's been listed a few times now, starting in December or so. There had been a playfield listed too, but that sold right away.
Quoted from GeminiPlayer:Pictures of included goodies just added to ebay machine listing.
How about the game's backstory?
Quoted from MikeO:There is a post between the flippers in that video which is not factory.
Don't think that is Vid1900, fault. Also the 100,000 point lights appear to already on when the game started.

Not blaming Vid. Just referencing back to the video he linked.
Frankly I was surprised the extra post was there based an how much effort someone went into to restore the example in the video.
