Looks right to me, or at close enough to work, except I think the base of the 1 and the upper serif on the 1 are both a little wide on the Franklin Gothic.

What The Font says "Franklin Gothic SB-Reg" & to my eye the 1's match a little more closely:

Also check out Plymouth TS-Heavy? Looks even closer to me. Note the straightness of the serif on the 1, rather than the curvature of the Franklin Gothic variants.

Looks pretty spot on to me -- way more perfect than I would ever bother getting it myself. The angles on the 3 and 5 (at the end of the stroke) could be a little more open. But again, for me it's one thing to look at it and notice it, and quite another to fiddle with it to get it "perfect." What you've got looks pretty fantastic.
EDIT: not sure if what I said about the 3 and 5 makes sense --- does it?
