I think some of those later games marketed the option of AAB versus replay credits for operators. They weren't true AAB games that could store more than one ball, just negated replay credits in favor of lighting the extra ball feature. Maybe Jet/Super Spin and a few others also had this built in. That way an operator could keep the skilled players from racking up a bunch of games and monopolizing the game while others with money to spend were shut out. Hence earning far less money. A gimmick if you ask me, since it doesn't award more than one at a time. Anyway, your game should still fire the knocker on a match-if that feature is enabled. I don't own a Fire Queen (but would like to), so perhaps an owner can chime in with real facts on its settings.
