Dan - Yes, it looks like both of your override blades are broken on the relays and the second one was hacked to get it working again. New replacement blades are not available AFAIK... some folks have spares, others just replace it with a normal switch.

It may result in a weak fire or no fire on each pop separately, depending on how close the two B switches that feed the pops are gapped and how long the ball remains on the skirt.

What happens when you push in the B armature and hold it in for a second?
