I'm not sure if all those units are the same for GTBs of the late 60s -70s?
If anyone would know it would be Steve Young at pinball resource try giving him a call Monday ,
tell him the situation perhaps he has something on a shelf ?

Domino is a good game worth bringing back
well take a look at your schematic and read the power specs.
or look at the fuse board
my 1968 Paul Bunyan reads like this-
25 volt 15 amps
6 volt 15 amps
6 volt 15 amps
5 volt 1 amp
I guess the idea may be to find a unit that matches your game specs and not the name of game?
-hope this helps
i dont have a schematic or even an owners manual. but my fuse board reads the same as yours. i was able to find a gottlieb part number B-10970.
as for e-bay im checking every day
