I have a 1961 Gottlieb Corral I am helping a neighbor with. One of the issues it has is when you start a game it plunges two balls into the shooter lane. This only happens with the first ball. After that it loads the plunger with one ball.
The trough switches and ball release coil seem to be working fine.
Has anyone had such a problem with an old wedge head?

The lifter sits a little too low. check the return stop for the lifter. Ive used single post rubbers as the return stop material...
