there are two sets of contacts on the credit wheel, one for max credits, if its open, cant add any more. one for zero credits, if its open (at non zero) cant start a game through the credit button.
clean and gap (tighten) both

The black wire wrapped around the orange wires can remain as is. It was originally attached to the other lug of the lockout coil.
