    It might be that one of the coils is wrong. The S/Series relay should have an A-9736 while all of the #1-#10 trip relay coils should be A-1119 coils.

    If you can't see the numbers on the trip relay coils you could try to measure the resistance of the #2 and#4 coils and compare them with the #7 and #9 coils. They should all be the same. You should be able to measure their resistance in circuit, which isn't always the case.
