Quoted from Matesamo:

So one of my two Buck Roger pop bumpers had the coil lock on and start smoking. I replaced the coil with the same Gottlieb numbered coil and now when I press the credit button it immediately blows the 25 volt slow blo 5 amp fuse.
I checked all the wiring related to the pop bumper but it all looks good and I am at a loss.
Any ideas or suggestions for a SS novice?

Just for your info the manual shows A-5194 coil (4 OHM) on left pop bumper and A-1496 (2.95 ohm) coil on right pop bumper
