So, im fixing up this Gottlieb Big injun (export to Europe) i got for free, but there is alot of stuff missing, like the pivots for the scoreboard (those that hold up the backbox board) in the backbox, is there someone who have a pic of how those look like? I cant find anything about them on the internet so i might have to simply make those myself.

Post your request on the, 'The EM Seeking Parts Thread". Some one on Pinside could have the parts you need. The shipping may be an issue.
I can post a couple of photos from my Solar City, in 4 hours or so. That might help.

If I got a free game, I would splurge a little on the correct hardware.

Well im already splurging on new flippers and shafts and switches, + i have to splurge on a new translite after i get it working aswell.... but i found a new/old set that i bought.

Anyway, can anyone tell me what this is? its some sort of fan bolted inside the cabinet, have a hole cut out on the lower backside, and a switch that runs up into the backbox, (i taped it stuck otherwise it would just be loose) have no idea what its for, never seen one in other EM's. Looks kinda home made.

So it is a cooling fan, i thought it was some extra transformer or something. I never knew EM's ran that hot?

They do not get that hot. That is also a different way to secure the back box, is that the hardware you got with the game?

Yeah it was already installed.

Well bros, i got Big Injun to fully work again, it had the "endless reset spin" syndrome and also some stuff was wierd with the switches, but the culprit was the tilt-switch on the coindoor, somebody had pulled it apart when it was supposed to be together, making the game insane.

Also had to bend back some metal on the target area, since the magnet relay couldnt reach the plate, and clean several switches all over, and glue back one of the plastics "knobs" on the player count that was broken off so a whole stack of switches didnt get activated, resolder some 2-3 loose cables here and there, fix one of the switches on the Ball count relay (contact tab was broken clean off so i had to solder a small cable on the leaf switch).

Still need to switch out one of the bakelite flipper arms, the one on the left is kinda "fixed" with wire but still works, and a backglass translite is done, just need to pick it up.

Just curious... does your game have the original Big Injun glass?

Sadly not, appearently it was dropped on the floor during the take down by the previous owner. But the game have the right model numbers and also says "#356 Big Injun" on the playfield and the scorecards are original. But ive made a new "Big injun" translite.
