Strange problem popped up on my Atlantis, I have to order a schematic 1st thing Mon. AM, but when I start a new game the 1-9 sequence does not reset. Meaning when game ends with 7 lit on the sequence it doesn't start at 1.
It starts at 7 again. I've cleaned & checked contacts on the score motor & steppers. Anything to do with ax relay?

The sequence reset coil is activated via a make/break switch on the S relay (start) and the third switch on motor 2C. That motor switch also adds to the total play meter, and resets the ball count unit, so if that is happening, that is not your issue.
Make sure the coil is actually good and doesn't have a broken wire to it. Will it manually reset?
Thanks KC, I'll have to check/find that coil when I get home. Hope it's labeled. Ball count unit does reset however.

It's easy enough. The sequence stepper is all the way at the front end of the underside of the playfield on the right side. The coil located with the lever arm that completely resets the stepper is the coil you want. The other coil steps up one step, that is the advance coil.
