Be very patient. I repaired mine that is used as a match unit. It took me 5 attempts of taking it apart and putting it back together to get it to work.

I have another one here that is apart if you cant find parts.

Did you just clean the disc, or did you completely take apart the AS relay for cleaning and adjustment?
