i know this issue well, go and clean and adjust the hole relays.

"L" is powered from the M/B switch on "A" but the hole switches are what feeds that so if after cleaning those check "A" m/b

if the targets are scoring correctly and the holes are not then "P" is working fine, if not then "P" is were to look.
if the targets score correct and just the holes are the issue look at 1A and DB2
