The thing the light tube clicks into is broken. Does the whole panel need to come off to replace it?
Are these things universal? Can I get one at the local electrical supply or can it be replaced with a common style?

It's the one on the right. It just slips off the board. I'll take it to the electrical supply & see if I can find something comparable, even if I have to screw it to the board.
