Well if you are getting neither light, then I'd suspect the resistor has failed or fallen off. Also check that liberal-conservative jack is installed (I'd move it to liberal to eliminate the A and FS relays for now). I don't own the game, so I can't say where the resistor or jack are.

Good to hear. Yes, the schematic says 85 ohm, 10 watt.
