The right flipper doesn't have much have much power when hitting the ball. It won't hardly even move it. Also, every now and then I feel a light shock from the flipper button.

shock comes from you making a complete circuit. Happens to me when I have one hand connecting switch and other hand touches metal on cabinet. Im not skilled enough to know if its from the flipper button or if theres something not right and you touching both or either the left flipper surrounding metal and right flipper surrounding metal that completes the circuit.
