    Both the arm and the bracket (upper right of the pic) were broken on mine. I ended up 3d printing replacement parts. Took about a dozen iterations to get them right but they both seem to be working fine. If you have a 3d printer, or know someone who does, PM me and I can send you the file for the arm (sounds like you don't the other part I made.)

    Mine was a project but was still a couple hundred. The fully restored examples (John Zuk's stuff falls into this category) are maybe 6-$800. Yours appears to be better than mine, based on the chrome, but nowhere near as nice as the fully restored examples, so I'd guess around $400? I think e-Bay is probably your best option to maximize your $.
