At start up all cards on BG are not lit.
The Cards on BG only light once the corresponding rollover is completed.
At Start up all PF inserts (cards) are lit and go out once that rollover is completed.
The pop bumpers are not lit at start up, but do light up once rollover just above each pop is completed.
The 5 lights inline with the stand up target on left and right side located at bottom 1/3rd of PF
are all out at start up (except leading insert lite), but when a corresponding rollover is completed at mid field or exit lane,
then one of those other spot inserts will light up for extra scoring potential when stand up target is hit (i.e. 10pts per lit insert).
