What game?
Probably 2 (maybe more) old style relays underneath the playfield. Most 80b games flash the GI at various intervals using one of these relays.
At work, so don't hold me to these labels, but one is probably labeled "Q" (?) and should be normally open. This is the relay that pulls in and engages when you start a game - it brings power to the flippers, etc.
The other relay "T" (?) is indeed the tilt relay, and the GI power flows through this relay. This relay is normally closed and enables the power to flow to the GI. Check your leaf switches, adjust, clean them, (regardless, you should be able to test for power coming into this relay and hopefully leaving this relay if the switch is making good contact). When you tilt the machine, this relay opens and shuts down the GI as you would expect. The CPU also controls it to open and shut off the GI periodically during attract mode, gameplay, etc. Just make sure the switch is closed and making good contact when the relay coil isn't engaged. Good luck.
