1 and 2 first. See evaporust threads for leg rust removal. Consider triple thick coating the back of the backglass. See threads on this process also. Don’t attempt to touch up backglass until after triple thick coating it.

Make sure playfield is cleaned and waxed. Also see threads.

If latex blue paint, denatured alcohol works well. And yes see threads on this also.
