Now the kids insurance company (Geico) has contacted us and things are not going well. They said they cannot get ahold of the policyholder, he’s ignoring calls. The rep said they are still deciding if they will cover our damages. She had a “probably not” vibe that I didn’t like.
Geico also wants us to pay for a copy of the police report to send to them. Shouldn’t THEY be paying for this? Any tips on what I should do to not get screwed here? I just want my car fixed.
