I'm on the latest firmware game is 2-3 weeks old.
Can anyone recreate this issue or advise me if this is correct?

What if it DOESN'T hit that switch? go in to switch test mode and test that switch...it's as if it thinks it's tripping outlane switch and not inlane?
EDIT: Also, has it always done this or just recent?
Correct amount of balls in game?

Ok after a few calls with stern (Chas) finally a solution was found.
The right side outlane and right side inside lane switches were mixed up during the building of the pin. Once these were swapped game plays perfectly.
