I think it’s TV related. My Sony is sometimes bad with it, but its motion is super smooth (Samsung judder drives me insane), so it’s superior for sports and gaming.

6 months in, and I didn't even know Winter Has Come was a thing. Got it yesterday. It was pretty damn awesome.
