Okay...I stand corrected. Looks like there's a one-way gate on the right orbit diverter that only allows passage of the ball from the right orbit all the way around. Every time I hit the left orbit, it fell into the pops because it hit that gate, so I think that's normal (the gate on the left of the pops--the one the ball sometimes hangs up on--is a left-to-right gate, from what I can tell.)

anybody else having this guide fail for the center/left ramp on pro's? It's concerning...i've had 2 fail now, same spot. Stern doesn't stock these, and i don't think the post can be rewelded to itself. i know of one other person with the same fail.
edit, maybe you could rivot just the post back onto the guide?
