I seem to remember that Carice van Houten, Melisandra from the show, has been coy in an interview or two about talking about a company making the game and wanting to be involved. Not hard to imagine that Stern would take her up on that.
I could see her doing custom callouts, but it'd be nice to have a "good" character as the protagonist who encourages you along...unless of course she turns out to be a good character in the end (relatively speaking).
