Got a quote from a local glass shop. $290 a sheet!!! When I politely declined, she seemed shocked and told me it was expensive to make tempered glass.
Ordered 2 sheets from pinballlife instead for $100 shipped.
Just wondering if anyone has had success dealing with a local glass shop for playfield glass.
She told me they could knock off $40 a sheet if they didn't smooth the sides. It was really expensive to smooth the sides. Really???

Gotcha. I wasn't sure if polished and sanded were the same.
