I like Gorilla Glue. It will bond just about anything to anything.

But if you do not use it regularly, it likes to crystalize and get hard in the bottle and then you have to throw it away. I dislike throwing my money out the window. I have the fix for Gorilla Glue.

    .

When you are not using your Gorilla Glue, store it upside down like the ketchup bottles store ketchup this day and age.

This bottle is at least one year old and I finally needed it. With the bottle setting upside down, and excess air having been squeezed out of the bottle, all I had to do was take a pair of pliers to the twist off top and I was applying glue. It was still wet and flowed beautifully.

If you have some of this glue sitting around, I suggest you turn it upside down.

I will allow that I have no idea what may happen when the bottle is half empty and all of the air cannot be squeezed out.

But so far, I am happy. At around $5-6-7 dollars for this itty bitty bottle, I am real happy.

    Quoted from woody76:

good to know, I am always tossing half full bottles and going to buy more.

I sent the company an email asking them if they will consider it. But they will probably stay the current course so you keep throwing out half full bottles; I wonder if the company's business model is based on half to their product going into the landfill?

    Quoted from TheLaw:

Store it in something liek this. Dammit I can't find the ones they sell at Home Depot now, but similar

    That would be perfect.

What annoys me most about the wood glue products (all manufactures ) is when the bottle is only one quarter full and all the glue is at the bottom and then when I turn the bottle over, I have to wait extra time for the glue to finally flow from the bottle. Storing in the container you linked is good to help overcome that, but on the workbench a cap that would let the bottle stand upside down would also overcome lag time for the pour to start.
