Gorgar won’t boot up, getting correct voltage, reset all the pins, it was blowing the 2.5A solenoid now and then. That was the easy fix now nothing? Thanks

All fuses good and correct rating?

All test points on power supply measure OK?

What do the two red LEDs on the CPU board do upon power up?

They both turn on then go off. Thanks

To reiterate Cody:

What about the fuse values: are all correct and fuses all check good with meter? Also what are your test point readings from the power supply? If you're missing one of the voltages, it could cause the game not to boot.
