My Gorgar will not boot now after bullet proofing! Performed all of the upgrades on vid's guide for bullet proofing. But it just will not boot which means no displays although power is getting to them causing the glow. Both red LED's on CPU board stay lit. Nothing works but the GI lighting. Sound and speech work for sound board test button only. Voltages are all good. Game has a new power source. All connectors secure. I even installed all new male connector on CPU board.

So your MPU isn't booting. Check your bullet-proofing work. All the wires still properly in position? Voltages present where they should be?
Ya, been all over this page. I do have some more things to try though. Just seems that every common cause of this problem has to do with things I've already addressed. Not an easy one this time!
