Can anybody tell me what transformers are available for Gorgar? My transformer blew up with a bang and a large puff of smoke from the back. The number on the front is 56b-6797. I have looked around and the offerings are slim, and was wondering what else I can use on the Williams system 6, Thanks

You rarely see transformer blocks in the market, because they rarely ever go bad. If they do they are usually repairable.

I would try contacting a specialist in transform or electric motor repair and see if they can fix it before trying to hunt around for a replacement.

I'm just curious. How did the Xfrm blow with a bang? Was it fused? Never heard of that. Does it look fried? Pictures?

Pretty sure williams 6 & 7 & 9 transformers have the same voltage outputs, only difference are the length of the wires out back of the transformer, as some were in the cabinet and some in the backbox. Double check the schematic to confirm on the one you are purchasing
