Powered the game off and back on. This time I let it sit for around 20 minutes. Tried to start another game and it started acting all bizarre again. I touched literally nothing from when it was working fine.
I had similar problem with mine except it was the ball count. Would be fine for about 30 minutes and then would flicker, numbers would disappear, all 4 players would flicker etc. Had to replace MPU board and problem was resolved. Something breaking down on your board. Also check your driver board.
