I had some display issues. Cleaned display connectors and they came back to life. I played 1 round and decided to do the factory reset. After the reset the voice is gone. The other sounds are OK. Sound test runs smooth. Please help.

Gonna guess connectors are not connecting properly. If no fuses have blown, push against those connectors at start-up.
