I found it! It's either Artistik or Hong Kong.

It's not hand drawn, although the Gs and Rs were given extra long swishes by the artist.

The A's in Hong Kong are closer to the original font. In Artistik, they are rounded over and not pointed. The remaining letters are the same. I found some cool sites that let you upload a picture of the font you need and find the font. Here's one:

Gotcha. It would be awesome if somebody could digitize the customized designs into the original font, and have them available along with the original lettering. Don't know how hard that would be...
