Did you verify F4 on the power supply board? 10A SB fuse, its the one on the lower left hand side

F4 is 28vdc just for flippers.

You should probably take a good look (or post pictures) at the flipper coil and switch wiring, make sure nothing touching where it's not supposed to. It sucks to have new fuses blow
