Looks good. I would double check the horse shoe wipers ( switches) and make sure they are
contacting the board . You can also go into switch and see if there are any multiple switch hits with the drop targets one at a time.

Yikes, the contacts now being flipped horizontally vs. the board traces too, let alone the board being upside down. No wonder they're acting goofy.
