I have a Gorgar where the GOR drop bank target will not reset even after game start and ball loss. The other drop target bank resets fine.

When I got the game the coil was missing so I assumed bad transistor melted the missing coil along the way. I replaced the coil, Q21 transistor and the pre-driver transistor. The assembly itself is fine. All the target switches register in switch test mode as they should. If I short the Q21 transistor tab to ground it fires the coil just fine.

What am I missing?

No logic probe. Time to buy one I guess. Probably is an IC... Thanks for the suggestion to check it.
