Quoted from billsfanmd:Can anyone send me a pic of below pf what is below spinner on right. Mine has a wire going down and a long copper leaf switch with a hole in it. Need to see how its connected or if I am missing something. Thanks!
Here's a few pics but they don't show the wire connected underneath. Sounds like you have everything. The wire needs to hook through the hole in the leaf switch and feed up through the playfield. Then you can install it on the spinner. I'll try to get a picture of it connected if I get time.
Hope that helps.
Quoted from Fast-Ed:What's up with the numbers on the playfield?
Gorgar was my first restore. I traced all the switches and coils then numbered them as I took them off. It was a great help as it went back together easily. I think it was more of a confidence builder. I don't do that anymore, just lots of pics.
Quoted from FatPanda:One side question, there's a lot of embedded dirt in the PF. I've read magic eraser and 91% rubbing alcohol is the way to go. Has anyone had success with this?
I have tried it on my Gorgar with limited success. You must go lightly! Magic eraser will very quickly remove paint if you are not careful.
I did as much as I dared and then left it. There are still plenty of dark ball marks, specially in the yellows near the flippers. OK with me though, still looks better than it did when I got it. Take your time and be careful.
Little help needed. Just replaced the batteries in my Gorgar and now the 1-4 targets need to be hit 2 times before they light.
I went through all the settings but I can't seem to find one for this. Anyone seen this before?
Thanks
John
Quoted from Travish:Setting 34 should take care of it.

Oh wait, do you mean to light the targets or light the star after you hit all 4 targets? If you mean to light the targets I've never seen that before.
Yes to light the targets
