I've been looking to buy my first pin for a few months now (found a re-newed playing interest at a WDW resort arcade while the rest of the family was napping during the afternoon) and have decided to go with a Goldeneye.

I have leads on two games, one on ebay asking 1,599 - good condition but not completly stripped and shopped. A second is local he will shop it out and restore for 2,500 or sell as is for 1,900.

Any ideas what a fair price would be for a Goldeneye? And would it be better staying local?

Thanks for any thoughts. I've enjoyed reading this forum the last few weeks.

Thanks for the advice

I think I'm going to put an offer in at 1,100 for the one on ebay - there is a crack in the satellite dish but has been fixed - and see what happens.

Said he couldn't let it go for under $1,500. I think it's a little high for not being able to play in person, so told him I would think about it.

Maybe this one is not for me and I'll keep looking.

Thank you brokedad - really enjoying the site. Although the game of my dreams would be the IJ from 93. Remember playing that one in high school and the art on the back glass still looks great, standing up to time. Just couldn't convince my wife to spend much more than $1,500 on a game, at least not yet!

Wes thanks for the advice on JD. It would be cool to have a wide body, and it sounds like a fun game to play, just never got into comics and I don't think the theme is for me.

I'll keep you all updated on my search for a pin and thank you all for your help.
