Goldeneye Sega, 1996

I have a goldeneye that has no sound. It boots and plays fine, I get a little pop out of the speakers when the game is turned on and can here a little static (white noise) while its running so it sounds like the amps are working. I bought a new U7 and tried recapping the board but both of those things didn't make a difference. I have proper voltage going to the board.

I pulled the board out of my Apollo 13 and switched the goldeneye roms over and it played fine, so I know its diffenately a board issue, just not sure where to go from here?

Any ideas?

Hi,

My A13 had no sound when I bought it and the problem was the RAM chip U4. If I were you I would try the RAM from your A13 board in your goldeneye.
