first timer here.

just picked up what i was told was a 2018 golden tee live. I opened the box to clean it all and clean the trackball and the PC unit says golden tee gt 2011. So it looks like just the software was updated.

1. Is this still an OK machine? does the hardware from 2011 to 2018 make a huge difference.
2. It does not have online unless I apparently pay golden tee $200 to make it a home edition? Is that worth? or any cheaper way around golden tee fees?
3. Golden Tee said I can update it to 2022 for another $400 after the $200. Is this worth or not?
4. should i just try to get my money back and ditch the machine since it was advertised as a 2018 not a 2011.

jalpert looks like this, this is what I csn find in the settings. I paid 1k for it. Is it worth upgrading or anything I can do or should I try to get a refund? New video card would be amazing if that works. It has a TV and the stand with it as well.
