Quoted from PW79:

That's the plan
It's a brand new group. There's only 3 of us so far. Join!
My thought is it will be a better way to communicate than Pinside eventually. The admin (me) doesn't have to send the GT Caddy invites. The FB page just makes it easy for us to compile & update a Pinside Group we can all create on the GT caddy app.
Think of it like an extension of the current FB groups "Home Edition" or " Golden Tee Invite" rather than a replacement.
As far as what FB groups bring to the GT table just join the GT groups to see what I mean. Folks can say "Send me an invite for 1 on 1 and I will play tonight" or "Hey gonna build a group invite, any requests for courses or years" or "Anyone up for a CTTP match" etc.
Tourneys can be created by any of us. The FB page is just a billboard, discussion board, so on.
The group name is GOLDEN TEE PINSIDE

I just sent a request to join. I have an old 99 and after playing 5 hours on a friends 2005 I am feeling the itch to get a new one.

Any advice on getting one like this? For the price they are asking it has to be an older machine upgraded to 2019. Besides parts being used (i. e. Track ball) is there some other negatives I should look out for?

Thanks!

I just purchased a GT Complete. It actually is a 2002 that was upgraded to Complete. I contacted IT and the equipment in in the cabinet cannot be upgraded any further. Anyone know what I would need to keep the cabinet and upgrade to say 2014? I know I would need to go to a PC Nighthawk setup, but I have not been able to find a website or listing of exactly what I would need to go find on ebay or somewhebe to do this. Any help or website/video recommendations would be appreciated.

Has anyone here played or bought a Golden Tee Go? Or seen any reviews of it? I'm thinking of upgrading from my Complete to the Go and am looking for some opinions.
I know there is no online play but right now my friends and I play local all the time so that is not a huge loss for me.
Thanks!

I have a GT Complete and looking to upgrade to something newer. I just bought a few pins so NIB is out of the question. Any suggestions on where to get a 2014 or so GT? I know FB marketplace, LetGo, etc but those have come up empty. Or you find someone with a 2017 that still wants $3200. If your gonna buy that you might as well get new.
I guess the main thing would be a Company or person what I'm hoping to find. I am located in Illinois.
Thanks!

Had to re-arrange part of the basement to make room for Golden Tee Live 19 and Power Putt.
