    All,
The Golden State Pinball Festival is coming up on May 13th-15th, 2022 in Lodi, California. More information about the show can be found here: https://www.goldenstatepinball.org/

I am planning on bringing at least one game to sell, and a whole bunch of parts. As we get closer to the show date, I will post a list of what I have to sell.

    #2 2 years ago

Great thread! Thank you for setting it up!

Currently, I will have a 1964 Williams Oh Boy! and perhaps 1975 Gottlieb Abra Ca Dabra. 1977 Bally Mata Hari might be ready by then as well.
Yes, the Oh Boy is the same type of game that fireball2 has in the campcade. You can get this game and do your own betting parlor!

I will have a bunch of parts for the swap meet. Probably 10 boxes worth.

I will also have backglasses and translites. As we get closer, I will refine my list and get some prices.

I’m looking for a metal rear backbox panel for a 1976 Bally Aladdin’s Castle. Rather find one than attempt to reproduce one.

I’ll also be bringing a nice Williams Blackout for sale.

Really looking forward to this year. Would love to find some cool used BG for wall art

    #4 2 years ago

I'm also looking for a metal backbox panel, but for a Gottlieb Spirit of 76. I'm in no hurry, so I don't mind waiting to pick one up at GSPF.

    #5 2 years ago

I’m not saying this is perfect, but Pinball Pirate has these in stock. It might fit the Sprit of 76, probably not the Aladdin’s Castle.

Probably going to have my Time Fantasy for sale.

I just measured mine to be sure and the one he's got is too short. My opening is 26 5/8" H x 27 5/8" W. Plus, don't the original ones have an embossed X pattern in them? Or did that go away at some point? I'm no Gottlieb/EM expert...

Darn, well we tried. It's local and he still had some in stock.
Planetary Pinball had some back doors at PAGG. Maybe call them up?

Great seller and a fun game to acquire!

    1964 Williams Oh Boy!

    Wait?! You found another one!?
Attention, All Personel! Killer game alert! Ask anyone who has competed on one! A true Steve Kordek masterpiece!

Thanks for the suggestion. I will, but if they're also about the same price, I might just look into having one made. There's not much to one, four bends and a hole. I can probably have one laser cut and folded for less. I'll have to find out from a company I've used before to make parts for me for other stuff.

Anyone need a good DMD? Put a color DMD in my orginal MB. Original one works fine, but now is just sitting in a box.

    #13 2 years ago

I'm torn. My TZ has the far right line out, so it's hardly noticeable. But I think I'd rather upgrade straight to the ColorDMD like you did instead of just replacing it. Tempting offer, though.

Anyone bringing a Bally Night Rider solid state to sell?

    #15 2 years ago

We love that games get bought and sold but please make sure you arrange with the buyer that it stays at the show until close on Sunday at 5pm, we don’t want people showing up to a half empty show on Sunday. Thanks all!

Williams B2K back glass, it has some flaking. It would make a good wall hanger. $40

Hi all. .. I’m bringing a really nice Riverboat Gambler to the show that will be for sale. Fun game that doesn’t pop up too often in this condition especially.

    #20 2 years ago

Hoping to bring a fully functioning Spirit of 76, that's also really good cosmetically, to put in the show and sell that weekend. Every time I work on it, more and more stuff comes to life, so I'm crossing my fingers I can shake out all the bugs by then.

    #21 2 years ago

I just posted a TAF/TAFG IGT Topper/Table Stand Light in the Marketplace. I would prefer to sell it locally, but just wanted to get it out there.

Happy to bring it to the show if no one buys it ahead of time!

Anyone have a Hollywood Heat playfield, stripped or populated to bring?

    #27 2 years ago

Any interest in a Genie that plays real good? Ain't gonna haul her on spec tho; she be too heavy! LOL.
Sweet playfield; only wear is the top arch. BG a bit faded but still mighty purty. Pascal MPU. Cab a solid 8.
No issues in years since the Pascal.

I'm going to be thinning out the board collection... Here's what I have priced out so far.

Bally/Williams WPC pre-dcs sound board, working and in good condition: $200
My 'smokey' set of System 11b boards. You can see them here: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/i-cant-believe-these-boards-still-work
I'm asking $200 for the set
    WPC DMD driver board: $60
Yet another System 11b MPU board, minor battery damage, but it works. $150

I’m hoping to find a few boards to get my Caveman up and running. Among them are:
A Gottlieb System 80 speech and sound board
A Gottlieb system 80 power supply board

    #36 2 years ago

I can bring both of those Gottlieb boards (serviced and tested) to the "Swap Meet" area if still needed by then.

    Quoted from dsuperbee:

I’ve got a lot of TAF stuff… the main ramp (not in very good condition), the speaker panel, the short metal ramp, and a used plastic set. I’d let the whole mess go for $80.

    #45 2 years ago

I'ma have a Zaccaria interface board from a Devil Riders with one locked coil tranny bad. It's the one for the right react flipper, so it's not essential. I just yanked that wire from the connector. I bought a new aftermarket one, cuz the game is at my brother's and I wanted it as trouble free as possible.

These boards are hard to find. This one has obviously been repaired a few times, but works 95%.

    Make me an offer

Just need the speaker panel and the plastic that goes over it. The rest you can sell

Would 50 for the panel and the plastic over it be acceptable?

I’m looking for a black hole if anyone is bringing one to sell.

I’m also looking for an early solid state cabinet. Stern or Bally.
