I just aquired another Gold Strike and its a sample machine. SN 1006. Just womdering if gotlieb put a serial number sticker anywhere on these machine. Is it under the plastic at top of playfield. Thanks

Games such as El Dorado, Gold Strike, Pro Football, and Big Hit, where there is no top arch, came with no serial number sticker.

Does it have an 'S' suffix letter on the front? That's the only place I have seen sample notation on these games. Regular serial number locations such as top of back box, and top edge of bottom board stiffener (under the power off label) don't have the 'S'.
