Stern, 2021Turned it off for a little. Came back, booted the machine back up and those lights were working again until I started a game…during game play and post game, no right side lights… Unfortunately in the process I forgot to protect my art blades when lifting up the playfield and scratched them up. So still need to figure out what’s going on with them

Ahh damn, that's annoying! Nothing worse that solving one problem but creating a bunch more.
Pleased the sign now looks to be behaving itself though.

Believe the lights still went out during and after gameplay. Think he was saying they came in once he booted it and had it in standby and then off again?

Just wanted to update this post...Davey Price of Stumblor Pinball was on this immediately following a message I sent him. We communicated and he asked for a short video of the issue. I tried to troubleshoot the board quick with a solder reflow of some of the joints without success....within minutes of me telling him that it didn't work, my email had a order confirmation for a new board shipped free of charge to the states. THAT MY FRIENDS IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Companies like Stern and JJP should take note...especially JJP...I had a light go out on my Toy Story 4...a single LED that caused any light on the hotrail downrange not to work...JJP refused to help me and wanted me to dish out an additional 150 bucks plus shipping for a small light board. Thank you Davey for being an awesome person and having great customer service!!
Just curious, what’s avg time most people get a bill for an order after being on put on the list?
Absolutely no issues with the process at all, just timing when I’m paying for this and several mods I have on reserve 
2 Atomics, a set of Pinvisions, with a Neon sign is going to be sweet!

This tends to change a bit over time, and depends a bit on what the current mods on the line are. At the moment we're doing two in parallel (subway and tbl hollywood) thanks to having more staff on assembly, so going quicker than we were able to before (yay!).
The current plan is to get Claudia finished with TBL Hollywood, and then move onto cleaning up the tail end of the Tokyo Neon, Lolly UFO and Noodle Bar lists. I'm hoping thats in around 2 months time. The Tokyo Neon list is only 100 deep or so at the moment, so turnaround should be pretty quick.

All good man, you say Hollywood do you mean the middle building? I have been excited to see what that one looks like. Is the list you have for it a reserve list?
If they take awhile I’ll just sign up on a few if they’re going to take a few months each time. Not really a big deal. Afford myself 1 “toy” each check I get

Thr list for the middle building is the actual list, when we say "reserve" list that usually means those who joined after the initial run that would only get served if a second run is done (but usually are, just later).
A curiosity, stumblor can a Tokyo Neon sign that was originally configured for pro be updated after the fact to work with premium? Is it just an extra harness or something?

Hey! Yep the only difference between the two versions is the flasher bulb on the wire harness. We cut them off for the pro, so they can always be rejoined if needs be. I have spares here if you need me to send you one.

Thanks! Good to know. I ended up letting the sign stay with my pro machine out the door since I upgraded to the 70th and got myself on the list for the B/W version of the mod. So looking forward to that one coming out!

Yep I think so - we're in the middle of a build round which will probably continue for another 3 to 4 months. Best way to sign up is on the site.
