Quoted from EZ-Rhino:I respectfully disagree. Initially, you can adjust the brightness settings if you want so it isn't as much a focal point of the eye. In addition, in my view it adds a bunch to the "world under the glass" feel and gets top marks from me for theme integration--which I believe was the point. Given the sign's almost infinite level of adjustment through the user interface, I think most folks can make it as "in your face" or "subdued" as they'd like. And frankly, the stock sign with LEDs was nothing to write home about. If Stern had unlimited development funds, I think the stock sign probably would have had more character and theme integration. In any event, I respect your opinion but there's over 600 folks who disagree
It's a a great mod to be sure! I appreciate Stumblor taking my opinion and suggestion in stride and responding in a positive way. Thanks Stumblor. And, Josh, my intention was not to create a debate. I know it is a very popular mod and one I have been considering buying. I'm sure the 600 plus are really enjoying having it (or will upon receipt). Perhaps to clarify, I like the mod enough that I was trying to suggest the idea of creating additional versions for other locations on the game where some neon light goodness would be fun. Godzilla is a great game and there are some fun mods that are really well done that help make the game even a bit more fun to enjoy.
