Godzilla (Pro)
Stern, 2021It only happens occasionally, but sometimes if the ball enters the playfield loop that takes it around behind the building too slowly, it stays there and is hard to shake out without tilting the game. I really thought maybe I had a magnetized ball, but I checked them and they seem OK.
Has anyone else had this happen? Solutions?
The machine has been a trouble-free great game other than this minor glitch.

I've had this happen a few times as well and always results in a tilt. I haven't figured out the solution either, but look forward to one.
