I found a great post last night talking about how to close the coin box to use the menu to adjust. Still not finding it to actually adjust the building- it keeps resetting to half a ball’s height below the feeder at the top and back. Which means the inner building won’t load from the ramp and balls get stuck underneath. I am contacting our dealer- but also am very open to other suggestions. I’m new to pinball (so please be kind- I’m not sure what I’m doing yet) I did search the forums and tried everything I could find. I also don’t want to wreck my new game (just arrived yesterday). Just seeing if there is something as simple as a thumb screw to limit height that could be loosened- or should I just try to be patient?
